The praying mantis above has been calling the area around our greenhouse home for the past few weeks. We’ve noticed him frequently enjoying the Autumn sun in the late afternoons.
Most gardeners agree that mantises are a good bug for your garden. They will help control pest bugs, as they are a predator. However, they will also eat any beneficial bugs as well, and if nothing else is available, they will eat each other.
